Turning, Grinding and Welding

Okuma Cadet CNC with 12 tool turret and a 10" capacity is used for both short and large run parts. Toolroom lathes include Wasino Wasp with 18" x 32" capacity and a Monarch EE with 12.5" x 20" capacity. We have six grinding machines for performing surface, form and cylindrical operations. Maximum work piece is 16" x 24" x 20". Mig and Tig welding services are offered for mold repairs and fabrication of jigs and fixtures. Heat treating of tool steels is done in-house.

CNC Milling

Our Matsura and Haas Vertical Machining Centers are equipped with the latest speed saving devices for multiple setups and high production parts runs. High speed machining is applied for machining mold cavities and parts that require complex surfaces. Pallet changers are used for production runs on a variety of parts. We also have five manual mills used for conventional machining.

Finishing

Our finishing area is fully equipped for stoning and polishing mold cavities. With our EDM technology we are able to obtain finishes that reduce the amount of polishing required and help maintain the integrity of the part design. Ultrasonic and profiler machines assist in the efficiency of this process.
